Start from Empathy

Start from Empathy is one of the company values at Typeform and it's a value I tend to prioritize whenever I can. Here's a comment from my recent performance review process:

"It is clear that Dan is really motivated by this value. His interactions with VideoAsk customers, about VideoAsk customers, and with colleagues oozes with empathy and his aim to appreciate what the other person is experiencing and how he can help facilitate a solution or understanding." -peer review comment
